I am often asked is hiring a property manager really worth the money? My answer is it depends. The most common tasks associated with property management include collecting the rent, responding to maintenance requests and handling all of the paperwork such as the lease and disclosures. Although these duties are valuable, I don't believe they are the most valuable services a property manager has to offer.
