Helloooo Friends! I realize I missed Pinteresting Monday :( I'm sad about it. But I was slammed this week. I did however want to do a post about the amazing (if I do say so myself, ha) little present that I got baby Lila for Emily's shower last weekend! Let's begin with my inspiration... forever faithful and trusty PINTEREST :) ( Follow me on Pinterest HERE ) I saw this beautiful nursery on Pinterest and pinned it immediately because I loved the crystal chandelier and the BEAUTIFUL wooden monogrammed letters on the wall! (Warning... LOTS of pictures in this post, you've been warned lol!) Call me crazy... But there were basically two reasons why I cared about watching the Super Bowl tonight... Reason #1 - Miranda and Blake Singing "America the Beautiful" I LOVE them! Loved her pink microphone, she looked so pretty, and he so handsome! If you missed it watch it here... (Just to note, Kelly Clarkson was pretty amazing too, she killed it, love her!) Reason #2 - Tom Brady   No explanation needed, just look at the pic haha. He is so cute, right up there with David Beckham in my book (and of course my handsome BF ha!) Meanwhile, Frankie sure did enjoy the Puppy Bowl ... hahahaha he sat right up and watched them and growled and barked, it was hysterical! next year he needs to be in the Puppy Bowl, wonder how you go about signing up for that? lol My favorite thing of the week... With Valentine's Day right around the corner... if you are in need of an idea to tell your honey... no need to ask...

Sorry for the lack of posts...I actually planned our menus last week but never posted. Work has been busy and I have had to prioritize a little. Here goes this week's menu planner. This week I was trying to use up some of the items already in my pantry...BBQ sauce, Bertolli Alfredo Sauce and Italian Sausage. I am going to post last night's meal because it was tasty. Saturday - Very Good Gouda Turkey Burgers Superbowl Sunday - Meatball Subs (we are winging this - no recipe), french fries, layered spicy black bean dip is our app. Monday - Chicken Noodle Casserole Tuesday - White  Bean Tortellini Soup with salad and bread Wednesday - Chicken Cordon Blue Alfredo , Risotto , Green Beans Thursday - Pork Tender"lean" BBQ , Baked Beans, Corn Friday - Shell Pasta with Sausage & Greens

Hello Thursday (and February for that matter!) Thanks goodness it's almost Friday... this week has been nuts for me... worked like crazy... had 3 closings (woohoo!) and possibly a 4th one tomorrow, still waiting to hear! First an foremost... it's Groundhog Day... I had no idea that today was the day... even though to be totally honest I don't believe in that crap anyway and here is a pic to prove it ha ;) Kind of hard to believe 6 more weeks of winter when it is like 58 degrees today in sunny KY and feeling good! :) Love it!! Hello friends! Hope everyone had a great weekend! This was a fun weekend for us, I worked a little, we visited Chris's new baby nephew .... How cute is he? Love him! SO sweet! (This pic I made with the Red Stamp app on my iPhone, it's awesome!) Then we put a little Pinterest to use for Jake and had a BLAST ... take a look... if you have a small boy in your fam you need to try to do this!! It was so easy! Jake put on his Spiderman outfit for a little extra emphasis LOL ;) We actually did the entire hallway upstairs so that the girls could do it too down their side of the hallway lol. Just red yarn for the "lasers" and then tape them to the wall with duct tape (both from Hobby Lobby) and then they can crawl through and under and over!! I will admit I got stuck a few times ha, would like to say it was my pony tail... buttttt my backside got stuck a few times too ha! :( I saw this cute frame on Pinterest too and decided to make them for Chris's sister to take to give ...
