Recipe Week! Wednesday

Donna Nash Chicken 


1 lb boneless chicken breast, chopped

1/2 c olive oil

2 tsp lemon juice

3 tbsp soy sauce

1/3 c rice vinegar

4 scallions, chopped

4 cloves mince garlic

2 tsp crushed red pepper

1/4 tsp Tabasco

2 tbsp sugar

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken breast. Cook in a skillet on medium-high. Serve over 1 lb linguine.

I like this one because I normally have all the ingredients on hand. I buy bags of frozen chicken so I normally have that in the freezer.
